Lincoln City are reportedly in final negotiations with Västerås SK over a major move for Danish centre-forward Mikkel Ladefoged.
According to Aftonbladet journalist Daniel Kristoffersson, the proposed transfer could be worth around SEK 50 million including bonuses. If completed, it would become the biggest sale in Västerås SK’s history.
The English club hope to complete the deal within the coming weeks, although Västerås are reportedly in no rush to sell and other clubs are also showing concrete interest.
Ladefoged has continued his prolific form following Västerås’ promotion to the Allsvenskan, recording 9 goals and 2 assists in 13 league appearances this season.
