PSV Eindhoven and Sevilla have made contact over a potential move for IK Sirius winger Isak Bjerkebo in the final days of the transfer window.
Transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano reports that the 23-year-old is on the list of both clubs, with contacts already taking place and a move possible before the window closes.
Bjerkebo has been one of the standout players in the Allsvenskan this season, recording 13 goals and nine assists in 18 league appearances for table-topping Sirius.
He joined the club from Varbergs BoIS ahead of the 2025 season and is under contract until the end of 2029.
Interest in Bjerkebo is not entirely new. Earlier in August, he revealed to SVT Sport that he had already rejected an approach that did not feel like the right move for him. He made clear that any transfer would need to make sense both for his own career and for Sirius.
The reported interest from PSV and Sevilla represents a significant step up in level, however, and Romano’s report suggests there could still be movement before the deadline.
Spotted early by Scouty Pippen
Bjerkebo was already on the SkyrScout radar long before his Allsvenskan breakthrough.
Scouty Pippen profiled him on December 6, 2024, while he was playing for Varbergs in the Swedish second tier.
The early assessment highlighted his pace, intelligent movement without the ball, ability to time runs into space and composure in front of goal.
Those qualities have since translated to the highest level in Sweden, and less than two years after that first SkyrScout report, Bjerkebo is now attracting attention from clubs in both the Eredivisie and La Liga.
