Clube do Remo president Tonhão has confirmed that the club have reached a deal to sign Paraguayan winger Antonio Galeano from Mirassol.
According to ge, Remo are acquiring 50% of Galeano’s economic rights. The 26-year-old was due to arrive in Belém on Tuesday evening and will sign his contract after completing medical examinations.
The move will reunite Galeano with Remo head coach Léo Condé, who worked with him at Ceará in 2025. Galeano featured in 57 of Condé’s 60 matches in charge that year, scoring 12 goals and providing four assists.
Galeano joined Mirassol ahead of the 2026 season and has made 22 appearances for the club this year.
