Ramdaoui pulls out of Baltika move as Zenit interest emerges

Mohamed El Amine Ramdaoui’s proposed move to Baltika Kaliningrad has fallen through, with Zenit St Petersburg now reportedly interested in the Paradou AC striker.

According to Africafoot, citing DZfoot, Paradou AC and Baltika had agreed a €1.2 million transfer fee, payable in two instalments, plus a 30% sell-on clause. However, Ramdaoui decided not to complete the move after spending three days in Russia, with the player reportedly unconvinced by life in the isolated Kaliningrad exclave.

DZfoot now reports that Zenit St Petersburg are interested in Ramdaoui, potentially opening the door for the Algerian striker to still make a move to Russia.

Africafoot also featured SkyrScout’s scouting video of Ramdaoui in its report on the latest developments.
