Moisés Paniagua – The Wonderschön Wonderkid from Bolivia

Moisés Paniagua scores twice in this Short.

In the first action, he receives the ball on the left just outside the corner of the penalty area. He gets it under control quickly, immediately attacks infield and shifts a couple of metres to his right to create space. From there, he curls a superb shot over and beyond the goalkeeper’s reach and into the top-right corner.

In the second action, Paniagua starts his run in behind as a defender, positioned around ten metres inside his own half, spots the movement and delivers a superb long pass forward. Paniagua breaks completely free through the middle and meets the ball near the top of the arc outside the box.

The goalkeeper rushes out to intercept, but misjudges the run badly. Paniagua stays completely composed, cushions the ball with his chest, rounds the keeper and reaches the loose ball first before calmly finishing into the empty net.
