Sander Alamaa is a wide playmaker who primarily operates from the left flank. Officially listed at 183 cm, he appears slightly taller and combines an athletic frame with impressive physical qualities for a player of his age.

Blessed with very good pace and explosive acceleration, Alamaa is an outstanding dribbler and progressive ball carrier. Alamaa progressed through the renowned FC Flora Tallinn academy before making his senior debut in April 2024 shortly after turning 16.

His breakthrough came during Flora’s 2025 title-winning campaign, where he recorded 3 goals and 3 assists in just 660 minutes across 17 appearances, playing an important role despite his limited playing time.

Now 18 years old, Alamaa has established himself as one of the standout performers in the Estonian Premium Liiga. During the first half of the 2026 season, he has produced 5 goals and 5 assists in 18 league matches while posting elite underlying numbers across virtually every attacking metric.

Transfer outlook

Although Estonia currently sits 53rd in the UEFA league coefficient rankings, FC Flora will once again have the opportunity to showcase their talent in UEFA Champions League qualifying this summer, and Alamaa scored already in the first game against FC Iberia 1999 from Georgia. However, the Conference League league phase may represent a more realistic objective.

Alamaa already looks ready for a significantly higher level. His blend of athleticism, technical quality, and tactical maturity makes him an outstanding fit for Scandinavian football, particularly the Norwegian Eliteserien. While he may initially arrive as an impact player, his ceiling suggests he has every opportunity to quickly develop into a starter at that level.

Transfermarkt currently values him at just €250,000. With a contract running until December 2028, a realistic transfer fee would likely fall between €500,000 and €800,000. However, increasing interest from Belgian clubs in the Baltic market could drive that valuation even higher in the near future.
