Nebiyou Perry (1999)

This player profile is based on video scouting by Bon Scout. A full written scouting report is not currently available.

Nebiyou Perry is a fast and skillful winger who looks most comfortable on the left flank. He is confident on the ball, enjoys taking on defenders and can create chaos in the final third through his direct running and individual ability.

Perry is genuinely two-footed and appears comfortable using either foot in possession. His dribbling, acceleration and willingness to attack defenders make him a constant threat, but the major question is what happens at the end of those actions.

He is very much an “almost player”: someone with clear individual quality, but too little consistent end product. Too many promising situations end without the decisive pass, cross or finish that would turn his ability into reliable production.

With the right coach, role and tactical environment, Perry has the potential to become an influential attacking player. Without that final step, however, there is a risk that he remains one of those players whose career is remembered more for what he could have been than for what he ultimately became.
