Kevin Quejada is a centre-forward at 187 cm, built like a powerhouse. Strong, robust, and difficult to move, he thrives with a defender on his back and offers a reliable focal point in attack.

Career trajectory and current form

Quejada developed at Club Fútbol Paz, an amateur club in Colombia, before moving to Grêmio’s academy in Brazil in 2020. He made his senior debut for Grêmio in Serie B in 2022 and later gained experience through loan spells, including Barracas Central in the Argentine top division and Llaneros FC in Colombia’s Primera B, where he established himself and helped the club secure promotion to Primera A.

In September 2024, he moved to CD Feirense in Portugal. Limited opportunities there led to a return to South America, where he helped Cúcuta Deportivo secure promotion to Primera A in 2025.

In January 2026, he joined Estudiantes de Mérida in the Venezuelan top tier (Liga FUTVE) on loan. There, he has hit outstanding form, delivering 9 goals and 1 assist in just 10 matches and establishing himself as one of the league’s most dangerous forwards.

Transfer outlook

While the Venezuelan league is the lowest-ranked competition in CONMEBOL, consistent goalscoring remains highly valued. Quejada’s profile as a powerful, mobile striker with strong box instincts makes him an attractive option for clubs looking for a traditional number nine.

A return to the Portuguese second tier remains a possibility, but his profile also fits well with Scandinavian football, where physical forwards with strong finishing instincts are in demand.
