A classic No.9 profile combining power and pace with good technique. Standing 185 cm tall, Diomandé is physically strong and composed under pressure, with good hold-up play and the ability to link attacks effectively.

He makes intelligent, well-timed runs in behind defences and demonstrates strong dribbling ability in and around the box. Solid in the air and difficult to dispossess, he combines athleticism with confidence in the final third.

Career trajectory and current form

After spending a full year sidelined with a torn ACL, Diomandé returned to action in August 2025 — a major milestone in his recovery.

Before the injury, several Swiss and Belgian clubs were tracking his progress, drawn to his balance of power and technical quality. Since his comeback, he has made 10 appearances, including five starts, averaging under 60 minutes per game and scoring 3 goals — a respectable return for a player rebuilding rhythm and confidence after a long layoff.

Transfer outlook

Under contract with FC RFS until December 2027, Diomandé is expected to use the first half of next season to regain full sharpness and rhythm.

If he rediscovers his pre-injury form, a move to a higher-ranked European league by the summer of 2026 looks realistic. At this stage, a transfer fee in the region of €1–1.5 million appears a fair valuation for a player of his potential and profile.
