Scout Pilgrim’s assessment was based primarily on Rieper’s performances and statistical profile for FC Fredericia in the Danish second tier. Suitable video material from Fredericia was limited, so the accompanying footage comes from his time at Silkeborg in 2024, from a match against FC Copenhagen.

Rieper was excellent in the first half as Silkeborg went into the break at 0–0. He was involved in situations leading to goals conceded after the break, although without making any major individual errors. The footage nevertheless shows many of the qualities identified in the scouting: he is a big and strong centre-back, moves well for his size, is very good in possession and passing from the back, competes strongly in duels and is excellent in the air.

His career path has been unusual, including spells in the Danish lower divisions, college football in the United States, Aarhus Fremad and Silkeborg before joining FC Fredericia. SkyrScout considers him an underrated player.

Rieper is the son of former Denmark international Marc Rieper, who played for clubs including West Ham, Celtic and Brøndby and represented Denmark at both Euro 1996 and the 1998 World Cup.
