Carlos Iury – 24-year-old left winger

A direct, high-tempo winger primarily operating from the left. Standing 176 cm tall, Iury is lightning quick and thrives out wide. Although naturally right-footed, he is genuinely two-footed in delivery, capable of producing dangerous, accurate crosses from either side. His right foot is a clear weapon on set pieces — consistently delivering precise corners and generating serious power on knuckleball free-kicks. He is also confident striking from distance with both feet.

Iury is a strong ball-carrier at speed and regularly looks to engage defenders 1v1. His game is more functional than aesthetic. His close control isn’t always clean, but it is largely effective, allowing him to beat his man and create end product. Complements this with a solid passing game and a clear attacking mindset.

Ball control and first touch can be refined. Decision-making in the final third, choosing when to shoot versus when to combine, could be more consistent. With his tools, there is room to increase his goal output further.
